Create a resort-style feel at home with the coastal-inspired Homestead range of furniture, now available at Stolz, which evokes memories from laid back seaside locations.

Homestead is an expressive range of furniture that uses a combination of acacia timber’s beautiful organic characters with a whitewash effect to mimick natural sun-bleached driftwood, coral and shells. Produced using laminated acacia timber pieces, Homestead showcases its variegated texture and tones that add to its decorative rustic seaside-inspired appearance.

The Homestead dining table showcases a thick brushed acacia tabletop supported by a solid and stable brushed white constructed frame – options include the choice of a seven-piece or nine-piece dining setting. Each dining set comes with solidly constructed crisp white dining chairs with padded seats.

Buffet unit drawers feature metal sleek silver handles and cleverly functioning extension side-mounted drawer runners. The Homestead range includes dining settings, lamp table, hall table, entertainment units, buffets, coffee table, bookcase and student desk.

About Acacia (timber)

The acacia tree, a hardwood species native to Australia, is well known for its fast growth and hard density. The species grows to thirty metres tall in as little as 12 years. This rapid growth rate produces tall, straight trunks ideal for furniture production.

Acacia’s density makes it both highly durable and water-resistant. These are ideal qualities for heavily-used furniture and cabinets that frequently come into contact with water. Acacia is also naturally antibacterial, which makes it safe enough to use for preparing or serving food.

The Homestead range is lightly brushed, whitewashed and clear coated for further durability.
